The original May 19, 2020, School Budget/BOE Trustee Vote is postponed until June 9th and will be conducted via mail-in absentee ballot as determined by the Governor’s Executive Order 202.26 issued on May 1st.  Residents should have received a postcard notice about the absentee ballots.

The Board of Education met virtually on Monday, May 18th and adopted the 2020-2021 budget. The Budget Public Hearing will be held virtually on May 26th at 7pm. These meetings are live-streamed on the District website at The public is encouraged to watch these meetings to understand the fiscal challenges facing the District. Absentee ballots will be mailed out immediately following the Public Hearing, and the Budget Newsletter will be mailed to the community one week prior to the vote as required by regulation.

All absentee ballots must be received by the School District no later than 5 p.m. on Tuesday, June 9th. Voters are advised to fill out and mail their ballots back as soon as possible to allow for plenty of time for delivery to the School District.
