This Committee meets periodically and includes a variety of administrators and staff invited by the Board as needed to facilitate discussions. This may include but is not limited to the Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent for Curriculum & Instruction, Assistant Superintendent for Finance, Director of Special Education, Principals, Assistant Principals, Athletic Director and other staff. 

The Committee discusses proposals for new clubs, activities and expansions to the athletic program in the District. The Committee reviews the stipends for activity advisors in consultation with the negotiated contract. The Committee reviews the annual proposed school calendar.

 The Committee makes recommendations for consideration by the full Board.
