Hello!  My name is Janet Foresti and I have been teaching fourth grade for four years at Springhurst Elementary School.  Previously, I have taught 2nd and 5th grade during my 13 years at Springhurst.  Prior to Springhurst, I taught fifth grade in Mahopac, New York for two years.  I graduated with a undergrad degree in communications/broadcasting and a Master of Science in Teaching from Fordham University.  Helping children to grow into lifelong learners is a passion and being able to spend each and every day with children is truly a gift.
