Hello!  My name is Cristina Moccia and I have been a teacher at Springhurst for 5 years!  I have been an AIS teacher here for the last 3 years.  This is my 10th year of teaching and my experience as a classroom teacher includes grades K, 1 and 4.  I have 2 children who I adore!  We spend most of our time traveling to sports and dance events.  We somehow find the time to visit new and interesting places too.     

I have a true passion for working with students in small groups and focus my work on understanding your child as a learner.  My role as your child's AIS teacher is to foster a love for learning and an "I can do it!" attitude!  With that, I hope that we can develop a partnership of ongoing communication to continue that work once your child leaves my classroom.
