Students explore a variety of mediums and art genres as they develop their art skills.  Projects are based on the New York State Standards and the elements and principles of art and design.  Historical and cultural context are included in the art program.

Problem solving stategies are incorporated in the creative process, opening students to their imagination and self- exploration.
